WHAT IS ABANTU.
ABANTU for Development is a registered Non-Governmental Organisation, established in October 1991. It is an NGO in Special Consultative Status with the Economic and Social (ECOSOC) of the United Nations.
The Nigeria Country Office (NCO) based in Kaduna, North West Nigeria commenced operation in 1996. It is registered with the CAC with Registration Number CAC/IT/No 29012. ABANTU has gained credibility in Nigeria as an effective and credible gender and policy advocate organization.
